I ordered a pizza from store 012750 on 11/03/11 at 06:16PM, I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store and paid for the pizza at 06:32PM. I received the pizza at 06:54PM. What happened to the ready in 15 minutes. It wasn’t ready in 15minutes even after I paid for it. I received the pizza after almost 35 minutes even after I arrived at the store. I had waited the required 15 minutes to prepared before arriving to pick it up
I ordered a pizza from store 027150 on 11/03/11 at 06:16PM and was notified over the phone it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the store at 06:39PM to pay and pick up the pizza, but it was not ready, so stayed at the store and waited. Finally 06:54 I received the pizza almost 25 minutes later. What happened to the 15 minute ready after I ordered it on the phone.
After 20 years of eating pizza at Pizza Huts across this country I found the WORST PIZZA HUT Pizza in the nation, and the loser is PIZZA HUT in Fallbrook, Calif. on south mission Rd. It all started with our order, we order a thin crust pepperoni,mushroom,ham and onions,we ask if they had coke and he said they had a 2 litre so we said bring one, so then when he went over the order he said 1 large pizza and a 2 Litre pepsi,no not pepsi, coke, they did,nt have coke. we said forget the drink. After waiting for 40 min. the delivery guy finally showed up. I paid the deliver driver and tipped him well only to find out it was not what we order, so I drove back to pizza hut to pick up the right pizza finally and went back to our room. The Pizza was the WORST PIZZA I EVER ATE!!!! It was less then 1/4 inch thick and it just SUCKED!!!!
Pizza Hut you better do something about this place or it’s just a matter of time before you go belly up because I’ll never eat at another one here ,and with this computer I can reach out to alot of people and tell them our experence we had here in Fallbrook, Ca. and by the way we live in michigan and never had this happen to us EVER!!!

I love Pizza Hut and the delicious pizza that I order. Occasionally, I order something different and out of the ordinary pizze which I order Will be exceptionally delicious..once in a while, I will pick up my pizza and talk with the young people who are at te store. thank you Pizza Hut!!
