I visit Sonic when ever I am in Glen Rose, Texas. There is also a Burger King, and Dairy Queen there. But to get good food, fast and firendly service and a good value, my only real option is Sonic. I especially appreciate the Happy Hour prices ,and am always thrilled when the Brown Bag Special is available. I have always been impressed by the friendly service by the Car Hops ( that was my first job, back in 1958) so I know great service when I have it. I have never had an occasion that I didn’t generously tip the server. Keep up the good work, and PLEASE don’t close your store in Glen Rose Tx.

i like sonic very much and i go very often and the staff and manager are very nice however i feel i must tell you this i got a brown bag special with a coupon for 6.99 the tax was .86 cents this is wrong this is wrong i complained to the employees they were very nice about it and came out and offered me money back itold them to keep it as i always tip them .i just wanted it to go to the girl not the goverment thank you for taking the time to read this gerald sullivan

I visit my Sonic here in Oklahoma 2 or 3 timea a week, usually for their happy hour. Today I received a guest satisfaction form, but I can’t read the ID # on the receipt so I’m unable to coplete the survey and receive my free Route 44 drink. Not happy.

I’m very frustrated having to wait when someone in front of me in the drive-thre, orders things that must be cooked. You order a sundae or drink and by the time you get to the window they are melted or wateryl If they insist on going through the drive-thru for cooked food have them pull up and let them deliver the food. but let the rest of us get through without much wait. This has happened the last three times I’ve ordered

my experiences with sonic have been very positive…karen the mgr monica..pervice..nikki..page…caitlan…service with a smile…and whatever i order is repeated back to me…the servers all come by and check if i need anything else…and if it is way busy instead of making me wait….karen will run it out herself…but she won’t take a tip…she says give it to one of the servers…i enjoy your store in conover nc thanks
