Everyone loves to eat out. There is something very special about dressing up for a romantic dinner. The restaurant business is big everywhere and restaurant owners go to great lengths to make sure that their restaurant stands out. What you are looking for is a nice dining experience. Every restaurant wants to cater to your needs and create that unique dining experience for you. It all starts the moment you walk through the doors. The usher has to be welcoming and willing to accommodate you and your partner even though the restaurant is packed. Today, restaurants also realize the importance of creating a customer friendly atmosphere. The average person today is not just looking for great food; he is also looking for a unique dining experience. This is one of the main reasons there are a number of theme restaurants.
Restaurants have pulled up their socks and become very customer-centric. There is a new breed of chefs and waiters that cater to a client’s needs from the moment they walk though the doors. The entire working staff at a restaurant is dedicated to making your meal and dining experience special. Eateries and restaurants have tried everything from bands, to musicians and comedians to make your evening as entertaining as possible. They realize the importance of having good entertainment with good food and wine. A person would return or recommend someone else only if he or she had a good time at a particular restaurant. Keeping this in mind the Olive Garden has come up with their own way of understanding the pulse of their clientele.
If you have dined at the Olive Garden before, you would know that they take their feedback very seriously. Olive Garden is very well known for the wonderful meals they cook up and apart from that they are also very well known for their hospitality. Their food pleases all the senses. Food must not only be tasty but also look appealing to the eye and smell good. Italian food is renowned when it comes to pleasing all the senses. These are people who take dining very seriously. Such people expect to see a plate that is artistically decorated with the right amount of food. Apart from this the food also has to taste good.
If all this is present and the ambience is not up to the mark, then the whole dining experience goes down the drain. There are a lot of restaurants that cook up mediocre dishes and try to impress with their entrainment or service. However, the customer is no fool and recognizes such differences immediately. Olive Garden is a restaurant that has always had a decent reputation when it comes to service and food. They also set the right mood for having a unique dining experience. Alas! It is a fact that even the most perfect procedures falter sometimes. Olive Garden has had its share of ups and downs. However the management has been graceful enough to acknowledge their short-coming and go into damage control mode.
The best part about Olive Garden is that they are open to feedback of any kind. It is a fact that people would give you both positive and negative feedback. You have to decide what works for you and what does not. The Olive Garden management has dedicated a page online only to get feedback and suggestions from clients. Any business is successful only because clients make it successful. Hence it is very important to take the suggestions that customers give. Very often, large businesses have succeeded only because they were graceful enough to accept the feedback of their customers. If you want to give feedback or leave a suggestion for the Olive Garden management, all you have to do is visit their website and find the link to their feedback website. Once you are on the www.OliveGardensurvey.com website all you have to do is follow the instructions. You need to have the last receipt in order to fill out the feedback form. The receipt generally has a code that you would have to enter on the website in order to give your feedback.
It is also essential that you give feedback that it constructive. There are so many people that give suggestions that are not at all useful to the restaurant. It is very clear that such people only do this for fun. They have to realize that the management at Olive Garden takes this feedback very seriously and works on it. People go out to dine for special occasions. They want to make sure they have lasting memories on these occasions. They pick a particular restaurant because they know that place can provide the setting they need. Restaurant managers have to make sure they deliver on the same. This can happen only if the restaurant management reacts positively to feedback and work on it.
My wife and I dined at 6850 W. Cheyenne Ave. As usual on a Friday evening there was a 10-15 minute wait. However we were given a choice by a very nice hostess of either waiting or we can dine at an alcove near the bar. We sort of doubted the attentiveness of the waiters as it is a common area for the bar personnel. It was a very pleasant surprise that the service turned out to be excellent. When the waiter realized that we just started our order of Caesar’s salad and our main entrees were ready they graciously said that they can keep our entrees warm in the kitchen. They also kept looking if we were ready for our entrees and when they saw that we were they acknowledged that our entrees are coming out to be served. The food was delicious but mostly the service was excellent and we will be looking forward to dining at your restaurant on our dining out days.
wow, i’m so impressed, our last experience was, oh no, they choice `olive garden` well, much to our surprise, thanks so very much, great food, we we’re there for a ` great birthday dinner`
we really had a great time & will be back a ton more`!~<2 the flavors have improved so much. wow, just awesome, everyone was enjoying what they had, yay, we all had different. so. way to go`!`
My friend and I were on our fifth date. We were leaving the Canal Winchester street festival, and I told him I had a gift card for Olive Garden and asked if he’d like to go there for an early dinner. It was Labor Day and the restaurant was very busy, but we didn’t have to wait long at all. Jim had lasagna and I had the eggplant parm. The food was delicious, our server, Theresa, was great, and we had a wonderful, enjoyable time.
The food is too salty. Too garlicy. Too seasoned. A little spice goes a long way. In Italy the food speaks for itself. Less of all spices and more of the food itself. It always tastes different in Italy…. probably because everything is FRESH. Not like in America.
Sometimes we have a good experience, and sometimes we don’t. Usually i get a complimentarly glass of wine “the House Wine” and this time I was charged for my complimentary house wine. Go figure. It’s never the same.
We will have to seriously think again before going to the SALTY Olive Gardens.
We waited 10 minutes before someone came and waited on us. The waitress’s were right near by and they saw us but didn’t come over. Finally I raised my hand up to the one that was sitting people—then someone came over and she said it wasn’t her table but she would take our order. After she brought us our drinks, she said the one waitress that was suppose to be there will finish us. Everything was okay after that.
Had Lunch with family for a birthday. Everything was wonderful. Food was Great and tasted so good. Our server was very attentive and made sure there was plenty of salad and bread sticks. He was very pleasant and cheerful. It was a great experience would do it again.
As usual, the service was perfect and food always delicious. Everytime we go out of town, which is often, we search for the closest Olive Garden. VA Beach, Wilmington NC and Roanoke VA were the last few we’ve visited. In VABeach, the waitress offered wine tasting & I declined by stating “i have never found a wine sweet enough for my liking”. She insisted on a NEW wine called Roscato Rosso Dolce. OMG I am hooked! Went to a few wine
stores & they new I had been to OG because everyone had been in asking about that particular wine! You are my ONLY favorite chain restaurant! thanks for the good food & wine!
My daughter and I had lunch at the OG located at 12711, Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77034,
we had the best server ever! Her name was Melanie, she was AWESOME, and the food was great.
My wife and I are regular diners at the Olive Garden restaurant on Frederica Street in Owensboro, Ky., no matter that it is a 30-mile drive from our hometown of Henderson, Ky. We like Olive Garden because (1) the food is good and fresh, (2) the service is excellent and (3) the price is very reasonable. We have found all the servers at the Owensboro restaurant to be attentive and courteous. On our most recent visit, our server was Brandy C., whose demeanor could become a standard for Olive Garden–or any restaurant for that matter. Her personality was genuine—and deeply appreciated by this pair of senior citizens.
this was the best experience I have ever had at olive garden the waitress wa superior and done her with expertise and knowledge of her job she set the example for other to follow you didn’t have to ask for anything especially refil one again she was superior#1633 lillen S 4749 Ashford Dunwoody rd

Allen was a great server, this was my first time at Olive Garden an I would not believe he is new to Olive Garden he was great.. made my experisence great………. thank you Pat Raposa
love going to Olive Garden. Love the food and the courtsey of your workers and hostess, etc
is A-l. That’s why we return often..we are over 65, but love the ambiance of your restuarant and love to visit.
My visit to your restaurant on 9/15/2011 was a gret experience. I like the way the waiter (Dana) took care of us. She started with the suggestion of a nice wine wich was wonderful and she continued to check on us through out the dinner. She seems to know the menu enough to asist with the various dish suggestions which was quite helpful! I was very impressed with the service and the food. I suggest other waiters to be as engaged with the customers. It was a nice experience.

We went with my sister and nephew. My husband and I got the Shrip Primavera. It was excelent. We enjoyed it because we could talk and it was easy to get my sister in because she is on a walker and the entrance was so easy to get into and we were able to park in front. Thanks for that there is very few places we can take her. The food was so great.
I took my daughter to the Olive Garden In Gastonia, N.C. on September 10,2011 for her 30th birthday. We love the Olive Garden and chose to go there to celebrate. We were also glad it was the never ending pasta bowl since we both enjoy that.
I just feel it’s really colder than it needs to be.
I sympathize with the wait staff who obviously are scurrying around and are much warmer than the patrons, however, it’s very disheartening to me to go out for a nice, enjoyable dinner but it isn’t!!! I can’t relax, but have to hurry to eat my food before it cools off and get outside where it is warmer!!!
So disappointing!
I realize turnover is important, but you have a lovely restaurant with really good food and waiting at least 15 minutes between courses is not asking too much. You don’t need a McDonalds attitude toward food courses. Three times our food was presented before we finished our salad. What if we decided to have a second helping? I don’t like my food kept in a warmer, especially a pasta dish.
We went there on sat. evening and it was very busy. We had to wait for a while so i figude
we’d be there a while. but once we got sitted, the waiterests was right there on the spot. She got us drinks, an took our orders an gave us some us some good hints as to what we might light. She was also johnny on the spot for refills and any things we might need. (not like last time i was here). This was great!!! I and my party were treated i kings and queens. thanks a lot.
i just had a beautiful family dinner at your olive garden store 1249 and was very impressed by your service by amber f she was constantly on top of things making sure we were well served and had continous drinks refilled and anything we needed was served. she also was managing other tables and that was really awesome. hats off to her and to her service she was beyond excellence. the food service was fast and the food was excellent. the most important thing about your service the food was hot. we had a group of 10 and we will always return to your restaurant to eat. continue the great service and u will always have our business and all my family and friend referrals. thank you and we will be back.
I have always enjoyed Olive Garden and the addition of the Soup & Salad comination is just one more reason “to stop by”. Your dinner menu is both interesting, varied and cost effective for us senior citizens. One observation – the waiting lines can be very very long, and sometimes it deters me from visiting the restaurant mor eoften. I am retired and one idea might be the try the Early Bird Special approach or offer a free glass of wine before a certain hour. Senior citizens tend to eat earlier and these might help to lure them in. Just thoughts. Steve Whiteside
I have considered Olive Garden to be an Italian family restaurant and surprised no not find favorite pasta cavatels on the menu ever. Also, I frequent the North Olmsted facility on a regular basis. I have found the sausage consistanly has very tough skin. I have not been ordering sausage for my entre’ anymore. In the past, when I have ordered eqqplant parmesan it is all coating and miniscule eggplant Egglant should be cut at least 3/8″ thick because it cooks down so fast.
I was very satisfied with my meal which was delicious. The waiter was fantastic. He was very attentive and helpful. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable meal.

I LOVE Olive Garden. Every time that I eat there, I’ve never had a complaint. The food is great and the waiters a great. Thanks for having such a wonderful place to go.
Yesterday my Mother and I went to the Tulalip #1867 for dinner. The hostess was very helpful and greeted us at the door. The waiter was very help because of my diet restrictions. The food was very good hot from the kitchen and soup was just right and the salad was nice and cold. We enjoyed our meal.
We like the fact that we can get in early in the afternoon for dinner.
Thank You Karen Kurtz

When Olive Garden promises unending servings – the pasta bowl – they really mean it! We had a great dinner and Mike (our server) was really great. He met all our requests and was very attentive as we dined. He is the best! Great value and great food. North Olmsted is the best and we always look for Olive Garden when we travel.
