    Kohls have been one of my better finds in stores for quite some time. I loved the store so much that on one of my earlier visits I applied for a credit card (which I didn’t need and got it). Having the card gives you get great buys and valuable coupons monthly. The store has something for everyone in the the family. The deals are great and the employees are very helpful and courteous.

    I enjoyed my visit to Kohls today. Ozzie waited on me and I enjoyed her very much. she was very informative and really knew Kohls jewlery! She walked me around showing me the new lines of jewlery as she also watched her jewlery counter. It was really beautiful and that’s why so many of my friends like to shop there.     All I have to say is that this is my second time in your store. This trip was better than the first, if I were to determine if I was going to shop there based on the help I received on the first trip I would never have come back. I went in to purchase an item I could not find, one of the floor ladies was going to help me. She brought back an item and told me to go to customer service to check out. I went to ask a question about the item and all she would say was go to customer service. I went to customer service and when I asked the person about the item I was to purchase all she told me was it is as good as the one you were looking for. When I stated that it was not what I wanted she was more interested in getting off than with helping me. A male from the floor happened to be going by and stopped and offered to check the back to see if they had what I was looking for. He told me there was none in the store by ask me to wait while he looked on the keosh. He found the item on the keosh and ordered it for me. If it were not for him I would have returned the item and not come back to your store.

    I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing a watch. Lisa Walker,who waited on me, was very patient and helpful finding the right watch for me. ( I have a very thin arm/wrist). She took great pains in removing links to get a proper fit. She carefully explained the battery warranty and suggested I make a copy of my receipt to keep w/the other info regarding the watch. She is to be highly commended, and no we are not related nor did I know her before today.

    My comment is for Str# 0168 Access Code 6868-9500-9277-7301 – I have been going to Kohls since they opened their store in Lombard Il back in the late 70′s or early 80′s and always enjoyed the experience. But now that I am in my 60′s I find your clothing merchandise to be of little value to me and also I found that your store design is not the best around and as far as cleanliness and neatness it’s gone, for example in the bra area packages are opened and merchandise put back in the wrong package or left laying anywhere. In fact that is the case for much of the store. The aisles leave a lot to be desired also you can hardly move around them.

    store 0380 Access code 6860-8605-0988-1300 It was terrific I had 45 Kohl’s dollars and the kurig was on sale for 90 dollars and so I paid 45 dollars for the kurig which is agreat price thank you my daughter wanted it for Chanukah so it was a great trip in. Everyone including the cashier were wonderful.
