There are three ways of entering the Kmart Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes:
1. The online survey at www.KmartFeedback.com . You need to visit the nearest Kmart store and make a purchase because you will need to type in the unique multi-digit code printed on the cash register receipt before you are allowed to register online after which you will be directed to the survey section where you need to answer all questions. Don’t worry, no matter how good or bad your answers are, they won’t affect your chances of winning the sweepstakes. Simply share your actual shopping experience! After completing all the requirements you will receive one entry to the sweepstakes. (Must be completed by 11:59 pm ET on January 28, 2012.)
2. You may be prompted to answer another set of survey questions in another section for which you will get another entry to the sweepstake. Not everyone will be prompted but those who do get prompted will get an additional chance to win the grand prize. (Must be completed by 11:59 pm ET on January 28, 2012.)
3. No purchase required mail-in entry – That’s right! You can still get a chance to win the $4000 Kmart gift card without making a purchase. All you need to do is write your name, complete address, your daytime phone number, and your email address on a 3” X 5” card and mail it first class to – Kmart Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, 90 Rockwood Place, Rochester, NY 14610. My husband and I had no issue with our Kmart shopping experience. They had enough service lines open that the wait was not long. The only real issue was the fact that our register person seemed to focused on the register person behind her. She was pleasant enough but not as focused on us as I felt she should have been. None the less we had a pleasant experience.

The workers in the store stocking shells are always helful when I ask a question “Where is/” or “What do you think” Brittnay was my cashier and ahe was extremely pleasant always helping me when I needed it. Becausse it is Xmas time I DONOT like how narrow you have made your aisles. Ofter I had to back up just to get to another section
i shop at kmart on boulder highway in henderson.nv. and i have been so disspointed that you have taken the little cafe out, which made the best hamburgers ever and other food . but sometimes you want to eat after you have shopped. that is not high n prices ,really and i take care of the senior citz people and they loved the cafe there .they like a little place to go and have coffee a little snack. i prefer kmart over walmart anytime .[anytime ] thank you for listening. your faithful customer janet keller
I like to buy at kmart store. l always find what i need.
Shopping at K-mart in Hastings, Ne. 12/28/2011. The clerk tried to over charge me,She rang up my purchases and said $33.55 cents, I questioned her as I put up 2 $20.00 bills on her counter saying what was so high everything I bought was on sale. She fumbled around with the ticket and pretended to re price one item, in the mean time one of the $20s ended up on the floor and she says, your right its only $13.55, taking the remaining $20 dollar bill and giving me change back of $6.45 cents! I said I gave you $40.00 dollars and she said no only the $20, I told her she had my other $20 on the floor in front of her, I did get it back. She apoligized but I truly think she was tring to fleese me a 72 year old shopper. Her name was Jenny and she was on register #3 at 12:30 pm. on Wednesday.
