After attending a show in the U.S. this week-end that was HUGE, and also knowing how many people in the East are big vintage collectors, riders and swappers I wanted to know what we have available in the Westman area for vintage rides coming up.

Also would like to know how many people would be interested in a new show in the Brandon or Oak Lake area that would be a show, possible ride and swap meet (all years for the swap)

usually has one - not sure exactly when or if they are this year. You could call the Queen's Hotel & I'm sure someone there would know either way (if someone else doesn't post here)

there is an antique snowmobile derby on feb. 27 in minnedosa at the pavillion and there is one in rapid city at the hockey rink usually the first sunday of march. there is also one in roblin every winter but i can't remember the date.

I'd be interested in some sort of show and swap meet in the Brandon area. Really miss the ones they used to have years back in the Manitoba Room was it???

This would only be for lets say pre-90's sleds for the most part but everyone with any year could attend...but not to sell new sleds.  
 
If anyone gets firm dates on the RC and Roblin runs please post them here.  
 
My thoughts on Brandon are that it would be a nice central place for guys to meet, but probably too costly to put on. A small town on #1 would likely be a spot where it would be affordable and likely possible to rent some space.

Virden isn't too far away, everyone could meet at the A&W on the highway. I think that the snowmobile trail allows for this....
